Technology Centre Tulln (TZT)

Technology Centre Tulln is another innovative site for high-tech enterprises within Lower Austria's Technopol Program providing infrastructure for research-oriented companies. Technopols are centres for technology and economy that are established in close proximity to research and education facilities. Lower Austria's Technopol Program guarantees a strong link between education, research and economy. All three Technopols in Lower Austria international standards are already being set. At Technopol Krems aspects of biotechnology and regenerative medicine are covered, at Technopol Tulln environmental- and agrocultural biotechnology are a focus of research and at Technopol Wiener Neustadt surface technology, microsystems and medical technology are of interest. The Technology Centre Tulln is located in the direct neighbourhood of the department of agrocultural biotechnology and the FH Tulln synergies between research, economy and education are growing.
