Employees Our employees are our asset, they prevent and develor the know-how and represent Quantas externally. Constant training is therefore a major aspect of our quality policy. Each employee has a personal training plan that is reviewed and evaluated at least once a year. Additionally, every employee visits conferences and meetings on a regular basis, on the one hand to present our newest developments and on the other hand to be inspired by new ideas. When recruiting new employees we focus on a good education, sense for quality issues and best customer orientation.
